Wow! September is right around the corner, the air is feeling a bit brisk and I've taken a MILLION trips to Walmart for going back to school. Â This is the Fulcher's first year of having a kid going to school. Â And it's just Preschool. Â Preschool? Â There is a shopping list for preschool? Â
Apparently there is. Â Here is a helpful article I found about clutter zones in your home with back to school. We are in week 1 of our new house so the whole house is currently a clutter zone....yikes...BUT every cleaned up corner helps.
Right now a lot of people are starting to get out of the thought of selling or buying a home as school starts. Â As fall and winter approach it's understandable. Â Here are a couple of Pro's for selling or buying. Â Interest rates usually fall during the colder climates. Â Buyers are generally more serious and Sellers are generally more willing to negotiate. Â So don't give up if you think the winter months are a bust. Â This is when I find my most serious and dedicated buyers as well as Sellers who are ready to move on! And EVERY home looks better with fall and winter decor. :)Â
Good luck back to schoolers!!! We are rooting for you!
